Designed in the "Digg" style, users can submit stories to the Sportsman Bulletin and then if they are registered user they can vote on stories to promote stories to the homepage or particular main topic pages. Users earn points as they submit stories and provide feedback on other's stories and can earn prizes and gifts if the accumulate a certain number of points.
